To have the body I never thought I could have!
To show my knees in public, and to not wobble.
Goal (Long):
My ultimate goal is to feel fabulous. I've always had wobbly bits, even when I was underwieght. I have never been at ease with my physical appearance.
As my body carrys most of it's fat on my legs and arms, I have never been out in public in a pair of shorts or a skirt above the knee.... that is going to change!
I also want to compete in Fitness Competitions.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 30 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
15%

Hello Brit,
Your comments are always helpful. I have been doing more crunches and it is firming up a bit, but the whale blubber is still there and I have to avoid the bread at all times or BLOAT. I took you up on the yogurt tip. It raally does help. thanks!
