When I Started: Aug 2007
HOW I STARTED:

Dedication to baseball, played college ball as a pitcher, now Im working on getting in shape for the AVP Beach Volleyball Tour

WHY I LOVE IT:

I just want to look great and perform at my best, and I know I will get help to this from the weightroom.
