WELL IM FINALLY GETTING BACK IN GEAR AFTER SOME SICKNESS AND MY NEW JOB THROWING A WRENCH INTO THINGS. bATTLEING A NAGGING INJURY IN MY RIGHT SHOULDER THAT HAS PRETTY MUCH CAUSED ME TO STOP SHOULDER PRESSING FOR NOW.tHE SHOULDER REHAP EXERCISES RECOMMENDED BY DANT TRUDEL HAVE WORKED FLAWLESSLY.

we stayed right downtown area near Monroe and Main - it sure seemed like there were a lot of empty retail spaces around... how's your training going after being sick?
Had a good time with the family in Memphis - a surprising number of empty storefronts! Did the expected Graceland thing, had fun at the wedding and ate some good barbecue. You're not a city boy, huh?
