I realized that you do not need to be "skinny" to be fit. Being "cut" looks better than being thin!
Why I Love It:
It feels so good! Some days I want to workout all day long!

I read/look at fitness mags, those women really keep me going!

I have lost 15lbs and my previously flabby thighs are gone! My legs have become my passion. The midsection is a work in progress.

My main goal is to become more lean and build muscle at the same time.

I have struggled with my weight for the past eight years; I've "yo-yoed" back and forth. I thought I needed to be skinny to look good. Once I realized how to loose the weight slowly and build muscle, I knew that I was on my way to changing my life! I am giving myself nine months to have fitness/body building physique.

Well, I DO take Ultra40's and Mass, but I can't speak for the Lean Out - a thermogenic type product, right? My metabolism needs the complete OPPOSITE of a thermo. For REAL. Check out some reviews and make Ur decision. Have a good Monday! *smile*
