I hate the military and think that that is the biggest shit on earth..I hate it when some gives me commands^^ Nothing against you but what the hell do they want in iraq?? Peace?? not really...Your president just want the oil reserves under his control..thats stupid

I eat a lot of fastfood and burgers(3-4times a week) till now..Not the best food to get a sixpack...*turnred*

training was good today..did my abworkout and a bit for my arms..My abs hurt now a lot but thats good...I hope the lower abs will slowly be visible..it seem that wehave the same problem with your lower abs..How was the drill?

It's a bit strange last time..The lower abs won't be visible..its horrible..I have to work them harder otherwise i will never achive my goals...I think i should start a diet but i love burgers..lol and yours?? Do you train your abs daily??

my day was fine but now i have to go to bed..its half past 3 in the morning in germany^^Tomorrow i will start again with my ab workout..I know it will be great..160Pushups is fantastic..but in how many sets have you make them??

You can see the sixpack...Tortiepack can see the six pack but my girlfriend says its only a fourpack..:/ It seems that i have to do more cardio and exercises for the lower abs. But i feel better than yesterday when i was ill and had a little influnce..
