I think that's too much cardio, I don't do more than 1 hour 3 days a week. I feel like if I did more than that I would probably loose to much muscle mass.

Does MT's Products Realy work?
cuz ive been taking nitro tech and cell tech for about 3 weeks and i have noticed some muscle growth, i wanna buy nanox9 but idk if its worth it, can u give me any advice?
My current stack is l-kic,n-vapor and n-tech (mass tech 5 days only). In 4 week I gained 9lbs of mass and 50lbs in bench press. I don't give all the credit to the supps. Because I have been dieting very well.
what would you normally get on squats for reps? If you don't know my advice is keep a record of this stuff. See how much your strength is going up and durability. That will you can tell if the product is helping alot better and see how well you are gaining after all your training.
