How I Started:	After having 3 babies my poor body just isn't what it used to be. I am out of shape and tired all the time. My boyfriend and I have decided to lose weight and build some mean muscles together. He thinks he'll reach his goal alot faster than me but I disagree....I'M DETERMINED!
