Bi-Laterial quad "rupture" (both quads ripped off the bone) yes I had a freak accident 7-09-09 with an 800lb. Hack Squat. Update I'm feeling "really" great, starting to feel like myself again:-) God is good.
As stupid as it sounds but, Stay to the same routine in the gym for longer than 3months... I always seem to get frustrated if im not seeing results and change it before it has time to take effect.
