I'm using a few supplements based on recommendations from my coach in order to lean build - my current goal is to get to 6% bodyfat at 210lb
Supplments I'm currently using:
Multivitamin: Gaspari - Anavite 2 tabs, 3x per day
Creatine: ON - Creatine Monohydrate Once per day
Amino Acids: ON - BCAAs 5000 4x per day
Amino Acids: Carnipure L-Carnitine 500mg 1 tab, 3 x per day
Recovery: ON - L-Glutamine Pre and Post workout
Protein: Beverly International - UMP 2 servings, 2/3 x per day
EFAs: Vitacost MEGA EFAs 5 capsules, 3 x per day
Joint Support: Glucosamine & Chondroitine with MSM 2 caps, 2 x per day
I am intrigued to try adding Bev Int's ULTRA 40 - Beef Liver tablets.
Now that I write it down it looks like a lot!
