Welcome & good luck in your transformation. I suggest you combine weight lifting; some form of cardio and a good nutrition plan, as you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. I used the Body for Life program; you might want to give it a look-see. Believe in yourself and what you can accomplish. Remember what Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. said, “take the first step. You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.”
