I've just always wanted to be bigger and stronger, so when I was a freshman in high school my dad bought me a bench in addition to the barbell and adjustable dumbells I already had. From there on I've continuously been working towards my goals.
Why I Love It:
I like the feeling of bettering myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I always say that I'm a 6'1" guy with "little man syndrome". In other words, I naturally feel bullied by people that are bigger than me and it really drives me to become bigger and stronger.
BB Accomplishments:
Benching 215 lbs. It took me a long time to break the 200 lb. mark.
I've been lifting for over four years now and I don't feel like I have much to show for it. I still walk into the gym and see tons of guys who are in better shape and stronger than me. I've decided that I'm finally going to kick it up a notch and get serious about weighlifting. I hope to make...
going good here. i havent missed a workout for months, haha. i go to Raneks so i can lift 24 hrs too. pretty nice. making some good progress. got my bench to 255 and deadlift to 315 so making gains still.
ya i am going, just to watch though, haha. lifting is going good. still having a hard time gaining weight too, up to 164 now. still increasing strength though so thats good.

ya, lifting 3 days a week. im still at 160 lbs. just maxed at 250 on the bench, working toward 300. congrats on your new max, thats awsome. keep at it man.
saw that you didnt like high reps on arms this is my style on arms i think you will like it grab a weight you barely do 6 times and start with it do as many as you can than drop the weight to what you can barely do 6 times in that level of fatigue and drop it again for a total of 4 diff weights and thats one set of 24 reps at 80% strenght it shreds the arms with strenght and the rep range you need for them
morning, ya i do do use cable for my triecps too. i like to switch my workouts every 3 to 4 weeks. nice job on your new maxes by the way, making some good progress.
