How I Started:
Returning to the gym after a long 20 year lay off.
Why I Love It:
I like being able to direct what changes in my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to really improve my chest shoulders and back. I know my arms will follow along as I really work at these major muscle groups. I have an artifical knee, so I need to keep the leg work light.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting to the gym for four weeks straight through one of the busiest times at work!
Man do I need to work out! About 211 here. Have lost some weight but have a lot to do.
This is on of the first pics of myself I haven't deleted in years. Been working out for about 2 months now, ready to put on some muscle and to start having those abs come out. I'm 207 here.
