Hi Mate.

I saw your article on Hugh Jackman on the Bodybuilding website. Im a relative beginer to the gym seen, having only been going for the last 2 months.

I was doing so many things wrong and needed some guidance, your article gives me that!

strong as a house @56 kg bodyweight dl 150kg will pull 170 plus at 59kg for worlds bench 95kg to 100kg and sq at least 155 to 165kg

Thnaks Brian it seems to be working I am still dropping bodyfat and either maintaining or increasing my weight. I am learning to be more instictive with each workout to push hard enough to stimulate but not to ahrd to annihilate and overtrain especially with all the cardio and ab work I am doing. Thanks for being a friend here and the compliment. I am going to keep working to get to 7% bodyfat then build muscle from the lean state so I can see what needs the most work. I am going to go watch a show to see what it entails and plan on competing Spring of 2010. I figure it will be easier to lose from 7%BF (3.5% more to lose)rather than the 16% I was at. I will keep you in mind as I get closer to a show. God Bless Randy
