Hi Mate. I saw your article on Hugh Jackman on the Bodybuilding website. Im a relative beginer to the gym seen, having only been going for the last 2 months. I was doing so many things wrong and needed some guidance, your article gives me that! I have only 3 questions. Can I stick to the excersises in your article for a long time or will I need to change it up after a few months? My second question is regarding cardio. Iv recently been measured to have 21% fat, although I have skinny arms and legs! I go to the gym 5 days a week doing the excersies in your article. How much cardio should I be d...

I just got done reading your Article you wrote about Hugh Jackmans 6-day split workout routine.  Prior to reading your article, I read Kris Gethins 3-day transformation workout routine and have been using it for the past week.  I wouldn't say that I'm new to working out, I've always been athletic and in fairly good shape.  However, throughout the years I have never been able to pack on the muscle and get super toned like I would like to.  I really like Hugh Jackmans and Kris Gethins physique, its always been exactly what I've wanted to aim for.  However, after reading...

Dear Brian, I just read your bench article on BB.com and I thought it was pretty interesting, I was just wondering if you have any workout program recomendations? I'm currently going to the gym 4 days a week and been doing West Side for Skinny Bastards III. I found skinny bastards seriously helped me, but 3 months of it is enough for me, I was looking to change to something with 4/5 exercises over 4 days, and I want to get more power in my arms, at the momment they are pretty weak compared to my back/shoulders.
