When I Started:
Apr, 2005
How I Started:
When I was around 6 years old, I said I wanted to be muscular one day. Seeing people like Hulk Hogan and Arnold Schwarzenegger got me interested. When I was about 8 years old I decided to start watching wrestling, I always dreamed of looking like the bodybuilders in there such as Triple H.
When I was 14 I got the chance to go to a live wrestling event and see them close up. After that I was really motivated. People were telling me it was impossible including my family and friends but i didn't listen. I started knowing nothing, using one concrete dumbbell and from that day, I knew bodybuilding was for me.
I started and I'm not stopping.
Why I Love It:
I absolutely love Bodybuilding. It's made such a huge impact on my life. Bodybuilding has helped with so many things in my life and I just love watching my body change. At first I just wanted to gain some weight to prove people wrong but I ended up absolutely loving it and it kept me wanting more, bodybuilding comes with so many benefits, some I can't even describe. Bodybuilding made me stronger person both physically and mentally.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by remembering all the negative things people have said/done to me in my past, even if it's just something small. They basically made me feel like I'm not good enough, it was like everyone was wanting to put me down.
Also all the people I have supporting me, can you really let others down?
I'm just very grateful that I can bodybuild because for years people told me I couldn't and I started to think so myself and I was wishing I could, now that I know I can do it, I'm just extremely grateful and want to get to it and waste no more time than I already have.
It is hard to find brian but your best bet is to buy british bodybuilding mags or look on online mags eg flex etc, they have dates for shows which also show the governing bodies, there you can look at those sites (eg, UKBFF) for more upcoming shows.. get a trainer for it, they would know all about that stuff. good luck, wink
Hey there. It's been a while. How are you doing? I'm still working out hard but eating crap again. :( I'm off to the grocery store in a bit to stock some healthy food.
Hey there....yeah if you have problems swallowing pills....good luck with those buddy! I JUST started taking them the other day so we'll see how they work out.....how are you?
