How I Started:
I started working out when I was in high school and then when I was about 19 I got introduced to the sport of bodybuilding and I was hooked ever since. I started competing when I was about 21 and did it for about three years.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because I feel it is one of the greatest sports around. You get to workout and be healthy, but you also get to express yourself thru your body and that is a great feeling.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because I can't wait to step on stage again and compete. It has been way too long and i miss it too much. I can't wait to do my next show in 2009. I have to achieve my goal!!!
BB Accomplishments:
I have to say that major accompishments so far in the sport would have to be competing in my first NPC show. Once I did it I was hooked. It was a great feeling!
