I started lifting when I wrestled in high school. I was in the 123 lbs. weight class. Since then I have worked hard to increase muscle mass and I'm now up to 192 lbs.
Why I Love It:
I'm an endorphine junkie! The harder I lift the more I get!
How I Stay Motivated:
I used to be very competative with other people. Now I compete with myself- I set high goals and I won't let myself be satisfied until I accomplish them.
BB Accomplishments:
In the last year I added almost 20 lbs of lean body mass. Now the trick is to get rid of the stuff covering it up!

Goal (Long):
I started lifting when I was about 125 lbs. That's not good. My eventual goal is to be 200 lbs., shredded. I'm at 188.4 and looking to bulk up now. When Spring comes it will be time to lean down again.
I have to admit- it looks like 2009 is not going to get off to a good start. I hurt my knee and it looks like it could be 6 weeks before it is back to normal. I guess the fact that it doesn't need surgery is a good thing... but I'm still not happy. I was really getting into a good groove...
