My dad got me interested in working out, so I joined him and we've been working out together ever since.

I felt really small, so I decided to start bulking up for a while. I'm naturally a hard-gainer with little appetite, but I am quite lean. I am 145 lbs here

just was wonderin how the wf and pw work for you.. any huge differences between not taking them and while you use them as far as muscle mass and results?
