Started when I got into wrestling in high school and then trained on and off until June 2005 when I decided to get serious about it.

NickEdge inspires me because he is still trying to gain mass while keeping his bodyfat low. It is something that he has motivated me to try after I am done cutting. I've been guilty of going on the see-food diet, and he's inspired me not to do this anymore when "bulking".

What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I had a back injury from deadlifting with heavy weights. It was a strained muscle and took about 4-5 weeks to fully recover. I stopped deadlifting and doing back squats. I did lighter front squats as they did not aggravate the injury at all. However, I didn't start those until 2 weeks after the injury.I had a back injury from deadlifting with heavy weights.
