What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?

What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I had a back injury from deadlifting with heavy weights. It was a strained muscle and took about 4-5 weeks to fully recover. I stopped deadlifting and doing back squats. I did lighter front squats as they did not aggravate the injury at all. However, I didn't start those until 2 weeks after the injury.I had a back injury from deadlifting with heavy weights. Description: I deadlift 365lbs for 3 reps. Our power went out right before I attempted the lift, so I got some flashlights to try and make it more visible :o . But you can still see it somewhat.

Description: Ok, so I attempt to Bench 250lbs for 3 or more reps. I only got 2 :mad:. My shoulder started acting up after the first 2 warmup sets and now I have a dull pain in my shoulder. I think I am going to lay off of the regular flat bench for awhile and let my rotator cuff rest.
