_OZ_ Hey, thanks for your comment. Run or do other forms of cardio if you enjoy it but for fat loss eating less is KING! In my book, weight-training is a must to preserve muscle while losing fat, but cardio is optional. Master your diet and you will be able to shed pounds without doing a minute of cardio.
