Wanted to lose the weight I had carried with my most of my life. Started with cardio, got way too skinny started to lift to add some muscle then fell in love with that and haven't turned back

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Start compound and work my way down to isolation. Close grip press, skulls, overhead ext. rope pulldowns
