Background
I started out as a nerd, you know, those who play videogames all week long. Well, I've had it with people's prejudices. It's not because someone likes to game, that he's automatically a geek without muscle or willpower. I want to reach my full potential and amaze people with what you can achieve with willpower and the determination that I have. I want to show them that they were wrong to judge me.
I saw great changes in a very brief time. The results that I've received from people indicate that I'm doing what I wanted to do in the first place.

Well, I start off with crunches with as much weight as I can lift. I do 8-16 crunches, and then I take half the weight and perform another 8-16 crunches. Then, still with half the weight, I do bicycle crunches. Ok, now lose the weight and perform as many crunches as possible, then again, do the air bike. At last, I do side planks, left and right. Rest 2-3 minutes, and redo the set, this for around 4-5 times.
