Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
A variety of machines to choose from. Only bad thing is if there's a lot of people lifting then it's hard to get to some of the equipment that I want to utilize. Usually that's not a problem though.

What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
Equipment that's easy to operate and has a smooth range of motion-newer equipment. A good amount of dumbbell selection.cardio equipment. Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
Keep it all in my memory. I have a good memory and it's definitely the easiest way.
