Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
A variety of machines to choose from. Only bad thing is if there's a lot of people lifting then it's hard to get to some of the equipment that I want to utilize. Usually that's not a problem though.

Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
Keep it all in my memory. I have a good memory and it's definitely the easiest way.
Today the King of Pop heart stopped and there was no answer for farrah fawcett's cancer. let the statements and accusations of child molestation lead to evaportation. Just remember Mike was one of the Great Ones and rememeber how beautiful Farrah looked when she was way young. These stars...
KInda sux, but I cant increase protein above 185 withut getting mad constipation. Just up the carbs and fat then from 240 carbs and 70 fat to 260 carbs and 80 fat? And I know you dont normally track it but what amount of carbs and fat per pound of weight would you shoot for when gaining.
I try to get atleast a gallon and a half in daily. i work nights and it is freezing in the plant now that it is winter people look at me like i am an idiot because i am constantly chugging water like it is 90 degrees in there, lol but i know what i am doing it is part of my mutation process you know. they look at me funny everyday when i am choking down tuna from a can or making a protein shake. even my friends say i am nuts, but i love it i love doin the work.
How much protein do you eat when trying to gain? I have been getting in 185 grams (1.5xbw), 244 carbs (2xbw), and 70 grams fat (~0.6 g/b) and still not gaining weight. I was wondering if I should bump everything up a bit, or keep protein whhere it is at and just up carbs/fats.
