Well my older brother use to lift all the time and I saw the results he got and I wanted even better results.

Working out helps me relieve stress and of course we all know working out releases endorphins and it jus makes me feel good about myself.

Where do you mainly workout?
Gym
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
A variety of machines to choose from. Only bad thing is if there's a lot of people lifting then it's hard to get to some of the equipment that I want to utilize. Usually that's not a problem though.

Keep it all in my memory. I have a good memory and it's definitely the easiest way.
