I went through a couple of bad relationship and started taking out my anger by working out and figured out that I actually liked it.
Why I Love It:
It helps me feel more in control of my life as well as I just feel better about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Think about what my 8th grade gym teacher would say if she could see me now lol.
BB Accomplishments:
None as of yet, just started.

The only one anyone can fix is themselves.

I have gone from a size 12 to a size 4 and now my goal is to turn what body fat I have left into toned muscle. Not for show or for anything like that. But just because I know it would make me feel better about myself, and help me carry my sleeping five year old when needed.... I don't really have a time frame. I work out about 5 to 6 times a week depending on my schedule.... and in the next year I would like to reduce my body fat to 13%... I am at 23% body fat. New progress pics of me are oploaded. Please check it out. Training video clips of me doing back and chest will be up soon. I am just finalizing the editing. Current weight 257.4lbs & 3.2% bodyfat.
Hey, I hear ya! When I was in the Navy, the gym would be packed in the evening, so I'd adjust my schedule to avoid the crowds... I've gone 6 days straight of working out, so I'll make today a rest day.
