I was a sad little fat kid who needed a change. I did it to lose weight. That was a long time ago; I have much different goals now.
Why I Love It:
It's a big part of my life. I love pretty much everything about it, from constantly learning new things and improving my diet and nutrition, to hitting the gym every day for an hour or two. It's a good outlet.
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't seem to need motivation.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Shoulder injury. It is recurring. I just make sure to train it lightly for awhile, getting it back into shape before hitting bench and military press hard again.
