My goal is to get back down to 15% bodyfat (approximately where I was in my profile pic, lol). Right now I'm at about 24%, but I plan to be back to 15% within a year!
My goal is to get flat abs again. I was an athlete and now that I am not training for volleyball and track seasons, I need to motivate myself and use all the positive enegry around me to work toward my goal.
