I was beyond weak, scrawny little ectomorph. I had no reason to think I could get stronger, because my doctor had even told me that it didn't look like I would build any muscle through puberty. It got me depressed, but a year later I would decide that enough is enough, and I would take control of my life.

Taken when I first started working out, just one, maybe two weeks in. My arm looks tone maybe, but it'd be lucky if it could break 10 inches. I was only benching 65 pounds for reps.

My first ever progress picture, taken less than a month from when i really started working out. I'm weak as hell yeah, not to mention I was self-concious so I took this picture in the dark to increase definition (I have a more recent picture that's kinda dark, but I made sure I increased the light in the room).
still tan from a summer of running, my abs were really all I had from the start.
