damn that blog is old, forgot it was even up. but yeah it was really weird, i'd struggle with 5 reps of 200 then max around 300, guess i was naturally explosive or something. but now its evened out. my max is like 370 and i'm doing reps around 315.

lot more weight than i could put up, props. is that your max? i snatched my bodyweight in the gym the other day, but im a 66kg manlet so it aint all that much, lol.

medium to low reps/high weight with barbell curls, then some high rep/low weight dumbell curls as kind of a cooldown.

doubt its like that now, but before i got serious about lifting arms were all i trained. and 14.5 is a lot of water weight as well.
