Alright, this is my first time posting anything on this bodyblog thing so I don't know what the hell I'm doing... bear with me here. Deadlifts are by far, my favorite lift. They're a part of the "big 3" and are probably the most effective workout there is. The first time I deadlifted was back in my track-lifting days (spring of '08, when i was 15).
