ya actually oly lifting is like 90% of what i do in the gym and my coach makes a personalized program for me. it'd be almost impossible to get to my level just doing it recreationally, but i'd be glad to talk programs or whatever if you'd like.
i dont really deadlift usually cause i used to lift at my school gym and all they had was hip-bars which is like a deaflift, but now that im on my own and lifting just cuz i want to i think id like to start, but i wanna get the form right so i dont eff up my back

Haha thanks bro, alot has changed since my avi pic. I've been working on my forearms alot lately because I've always felt like they were always my least significant feature and clearly dwarfed by the rest of my upper body, and have added a solid inch or so, so it all looks more proportional, so now my upper arms don't look so retarded at 18" hahaha
