How I Started:
I've always been very athletic and one that can't sit still for long! I've always appreciated and admired a good female body - and that combined with my extremely competitive nature - pushed me towards bodybuilding...
Why I Love It:
I love it because it helps me to win the war with the mirror everyday :) - and nothing is more exciting than being able to help others in their quest to get fit and stay fit - I love being an inspiration for others.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm a little addicted. :) Also, My wonderful husband! My children! They are definitely a good enough reason to want to stay fit and healthy. I'm also a bit of a perfectionist and very competitive - so working out is a bit of a "drug" for me. :)
BB Accomplishments:
I am currently training for a figure competition and earning my personal training certification. Would love to make a career in fitness modeling one day. I'm in this to WIN. I love meeting other like-minded individuals who are as in love with health and fitness as I am.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
STAY with it! Commitment and consistency is KEY.

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Doing too much cardio and not enough weight lifting. Now I probably do the opposite - and lift too much. :)

I like the black and white picture. Get an agent you are photo genic. You should be modeling. A good sight is bodyproud for exposure. check it out.
