Hi Flavia! My first show went great. I won the Heavyweight line-up and qualified to go to the IFBB South African Champs. I decided not to peak at this show or to come in so hard and so I sacrificed the Overall Title. I want to peak at SA's and take the Overall Title there. Current weight - 241.34lbs. Competition pics are up. Check them out and let me know what you think. Fun and games will start know. I will be dropping another 8.8 to 11lbs %1.5% bodyfat.
