How I Started:
Have a great but 'bit unhealthy family and didn't want to go down that road. Always found health and our bodies in general fascinating too.
Why I Love It:
The amount of discipline it requires. You get out of it what you put into it. It's very fair.
How I Stay Motivated:
The small things you notice after a few weeks of hard work in the gym. A new vein here or there, doing more weight or reps, the feeling of the pump. Its not hard for me, I just love working out.
BB Accomplishments:
No bodybuilding accomplishments but i did run 2006 Seattle Marathon.
