When I Started:
How I Started:
I started working out with weights about 17 years ago. I was amazed at the results; they were dramatic and immediate. I love how a muscular body moves; it moves and stands differently; the posture is different. Even if a person is completely dressed, you can see from the way that person moves and stands that this is a muscular body.
Why I Love It:
I like what I see in the mirror and the looks I get from people. A muscular body is very sexy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I get motivated by flexing in front of a mirror and by talking to other people who are into having a muscular body.

Bravoschanged Weight from 140 lbs. to 145 lbs., a 5 lb. gain in 59 days
My body fat is too high. The goal is to drop it down. I walk/jog/run every day for one hour. Made good progress so far. I also want more definition. Even though my muscles are not bad, they look bulky right now because of the lack of definition. I dropped weight so fast by doing cardio and dieting that my muscles suffered. I am in the process of adjusting my diet right now. I also have to work on a better workout plan. My workout is kind of all over the place right now.
She inspires me because she is so driven to get the perfect body which in reality she already has. She is a beautiful, strong, and sexy woman who can be proud of how she looks. I want to work just as hard to look like that.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
I would say anything that involves the lower back and also lfting heavy weights above the body or chest without a spotter.
I finally progressed to the point where I figured out the composition of the various macro nutrients (carbohydrates, protein, fat) in my daily diet in order to structure them in such a way as to loose body fat without loosing muscle and still keeping my energy up. First of all, in order to...
