Spawn worked really good, I added a good solid 15lbs. But it is a prohormone , so even though it's legal, if you plan on taking it have your blood work done. IMO...good luck on getting those gains... remember EAT small--Be small.

thanks man , and yes I plan on competing next year. starting a "practice" cut now. so I can see what I need to bring up, then bulk a little and cut again for the shows. good luck brother.
