Get back in the gym once my shoulder is fully recovered! I want to get my bench to 300, i unconsistantly have hit 275...once. I want to squat at least 350, and i want to break a 4.8 40yd. I need to come back strong after missing the whole season!

I just recently had an MRI done, saying that i had a tear in my left labrum, in my shoulder. I obviously cannot work my upper body and i am very limited in using free weights in general. I am in serious need for a new routine or leg workouts that would not add any strain to...

I would say grab yourself some mass gainers, aminos, and arginine complexes for now until you can get fully recovered!

Its a blend, whey and casein. So its more of a slow release. I use it in between meals and bedtime.

Yea I can get right into it I have a 5 pound container at my house and I probably start in a week or so as soon as I start going to the gym everyday, I've been in Pittsburgh and havnt gotten the chance to do anything besides run
