Get back in the gym once my shoulder is fully recovered! I want to get my bench to 300, i unconsistantly have hit 275...once. I want to squat at least 350, and i want to break a 4.8 40yd. I need to come back strong after missing the whole season!

Whats up man!! Leg presses and squats as far as the legs go, but these lifts also hit the abs, the core, so they are good for both. Decline bench full sit ups and asternating knees is my favorite ab workout. Hanging leg raises and wipers too. Treat the abs like any other muscle, keeping reps between 13 and 25.
Yea I can get right into it I have a 5 pound container at my house and I probably start in a week or so as soon as I start going to the gym everyday, I've been in Pittsburgh and havnt gotten the chance to do anything besides run
