Hey Brashanic, you had asked on 7-24-08 how i was doing with my not smoking, at the time not too good. I am going for it again starting today. so far since 10:30 am I have had none. I have the patches and plan on using if needed. Thanks for your concern. Also I am sorry it has taken me so long to get back to ya. I have had my head up my arse and in the smoke.

I cant do dumbells, especially on my own!! Got major joint pain around my both elbows and bis... It's hard to get those suckers up, but once up I can push hard!!!
I did shoulder dumbell presses with 120lb no problem. Just cant gett 'em up! I need a workout partner!!!!!LOL
