The photos taken on this vacation were the catalyst that got me going on getting into better shape. In this photo I maxed out at 175 lbs.

Here's a more recent almost full body shot. I've actually put on about 3 lbs, oooohhh big deal...so I'm not as lean as I could be, but seeing muscle in shoulders, arms and WOAH...are those quads? Some in glutes too, but you can't see that here, ha, ha.

The lighting is really poor in this shot. I am seeing more abs than show in this picture, but there is something going on. Holding water just now due to creatine intake.

Dark lighting hids alot of sins...I'm not trying to hide, by the time I got everything organized most of the natual light was gone. Softer focus, more full on, seeing some chest definition here.

O.k. these pictures are dark,what can I say I'm a sucker for mood lighting. I like the dramatic lighting. Seeing some good definition in the abs. Carb depleting so the skin seems a bit loose. If anyone can tell me how to get rid of this, I'd love to know. Wt. 133 / BF 20% today.

Those other pics were a bit dark, here's a lighter one, though blurry, I hate taking my own pics. Am noticing some quad development here. Think I'm loosing muscle a bit as I am injured and haven't been working out much. RRRR!

Date of reference July 27 09. I started training with PT on June 25 09. Some improvement, hard to tell, more tone I think. Need to build more muscle in legs!!!

I like this shot, makes my abs look nice and flat, like I normally see them, some of my shots they look like they are sticking out more. Gotta practice taking my own pics. Need to do some back shots.
