My stomach aches from eating the treats. UGH! I have been a lazy girl on the cardio too, but hitting the weights hard. The serious dieting starts Jan 1 and in the meantime I think I'm on water and veg and protein shakes. I can't eat more than liquid and veg. LOL! Hope you have a fantastic New Year!

Hope you had a wonderful Xmas. I ate some sugary junk and feel like crap today. I'm heading to the gym, haven't been in 3 days so I'm going bonkers, need to burn off some of this Xmas food. Let's build some brick houses in the new year!
