How I Started:
Well I have been an athlete my entire life. My main sport is wrestling, and you just naturally gain alot of muscle doing it. But as your competition grows (especially in college) you have to go to the next level, where wrestling alone is not enough. and thats how i got into lifting.
Why I Love It:
It relieves me of any stress I have at the time. I also like watching my body change with each workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
The improvements I see alone are enough to keep me motivated, but when I don't really feel like working out I just put on some music and try to have fun with it.
