I was wondering what would be a good substance for me to take, i want to gain muscle and lose some weight  at the same time, i was thinking of NO Xplode or Superpump 250. Any suggestions????

Mostly just protein. I have never really had too much trouble adding size. How much protein are you taking in a day?
