Workout Program:
Monday: Chest & Shoulders

Tuesday: Any type of HIIT cardio for 30min

Wednesday: Back & Abs

Thursday: Any type of HIIT cardio for 30min

Friday: Quads, Hams, & Calves

Sat/Sun: rest, optional cardio/activities


For the next ten weeks I'm focusing on basic, compound lifts; Flat Bench Press, Squats, Deadlifts, Military Press...etc.
