I typically do wide grip rows, both barbell and cable. I don't like those close grip handles because they just seem to work my biceps too heavily. I give you props for the 007 trunks!

I keep a food log, and for those things without labels(fresh fruit,veggies) I use CalorieCount.com and check portion size.

I lift 3x a week, plus 30min to 1hour of cardio in between days.
Diet is most important though, I stay 30% under my maintenance calories which you can figure out HERE http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/issa64.htm

Good deal...I'm trying to get ripped too. I have a question for you, I'm working at the YMCA in Cecil County and was thinking about becoming a trainer. How is that working out for you?

Pretty good! Bodyfat% is slowly dropping...weighing in at 173. Right now im mid-way through the semester( always the hardest) but lookin forward to spring break in FL!!! So...hows you progress coming?
