How I Started:
I got into weight lifting to prepare for an upcoming soccer season, since then it's become my hobby.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel, plain and simple. Weight training and cardio is amazing in the way it can completely transform your health and appearance.
How I Stay Motivated:
In the past few months my motivation has fallen by the wayside, but I have recomposed my attitude and I'm ready to get ripped!
BB Accomplishments:
My girlfriend and I are getting in shape for summer.
This is my first progress pic. Too much body fat for my taste, I plan on losing 10-15 lbs. in the next ten weeks.
Week Seven...got a bad cold that lasted a week and a half. Couldn't go to the gym because of it and I'm holding alot of water in this pic. I hate getting sick.
I've decided to recompose my body and attitude; reduce fat, and improve daily nutrition habits. In 10 weeks I'm going to drop 15 lbs of excess body fat, and be ready for beach season. I will be updating progress pics weekly, starting 3/31/08. Stay tuned...

I may have replied to u b4. I'm between my workout phases this week so I'm just doing whatever I want at the gym last night I tried pullups again. At the begin of year I was doing like 6-6-5 at the end of triad. Last night I did 8-8-10(max'ed out). I felt pretty good about that.
Question for you: How have u built up ur lats...I see a lot of improvement in that area on you. I have decided that's an area I like to concentrate on

Thx for the question. I set that goal when I was doing phase 1 of Men's Health Home Growth Muscle. I didn't make it to 3 sets of 8, but in phase 3 I have been doing 5 set of 5 with a forward wide-grip...which is harder. I should go back and try do 3 8's. I bet I could do it. In phase 1, I was doing them at end of tri-set, worn out.
dang. your april 28 picture, abs is sharp, i can't imagine what you would look like by the summer...
