whats up dude i see you got the battle of the bulge going. me to i ve lost 60 .lbs in 4 1/2 months and i feel so much better. so it is possible . start watching your calories get them down to about 2000 a day and have one cheat day a week and eat whatever that day. keep up the weight training and cardio. and you will be fast on your way. need any pointers holla. keep on keeping on bro.

looking better already dude. keep pushing hard and dont let anyone discourage u. if they do then use that as fuel. your at a great age to transform because ur testosterone should be out the roof, which will help u gain muscle. good luck and remember it cant happen over night. if it was that easy then we would all be happy. keep in touch
