In highschool, I was always active in sports, so in college, I realized I had to workout in order to stay fit. I worked out 6-7 years at a local gym teaching aerobics and personal training. Somehow, I got busy with working, house, etc. (you have heard all of these excuses before) and never made time for it and 25 pounds of fat later... I realized I had to do something. So now I am working hard to transform my body.
Why I Love It:
I am not a big fan of it, but it is so necessary. I do love the feeling after I am finished working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
looking in the mirror helps and my husband always supports me

Thanks for checking in, Brandi! Always good to see those outstanding calves grace my page. All is well and I have abt 8 Saturdays left until my return home. Got in a nice cardio/legs/abs wkout and feeling good. How are u doing, coach? Sounds like things not slowing down with you...:)
