How I Started:
When I was 0-18yo, I was a fat kid. Got picked on since the third grade, nickname: "fatso," up until I graduated H.S.(244lbs) I started running and ate clean but about 1000kcal under maintenance, so obviously I became skinny i.e.lost 100lbs/4mo, that was too much and lost a good amount of muscle. I started to eat a lot more but never stopped running, I hit 130 in 6mo and realized I still wasn't eating/sleeping enough. At 19 I got "serious" because I looked dangerously unhealthy at 5'10" 130lbs, got my diet right and went from there...

it's hard not to stay motivated, you're just a bunch of lazy wanna-bes
