How I Started:
I was in a motor bike accident last year and hurt my shoulder very badly. After that accident, I loose my weight (about 101 pounds after a meal). When I took off my clothes, I was too embarrassed to look at myself in the mirror. Then I began working out in January 2007.
Why I Love It:
just train, have fun and be healthy
How I Stay Motivated:
When I was a kid, I would like to be a succesful athlete. I plays many sports and games but doesn’t excel in any of them. If I could be a good athlete, it would allow me to spend more time making sure I am in good physical shape since staying healthy is my priority these days.

Gained 28 pounds of solid muscle

Workout Program:
For Bodybuilding :
Train 3-4 times a week. A Monday - Wednesday - Friday – Sunday (or similar) schedule is ideal. I did 3-4 sets for 8-12 reps each.

Monday (Chest/Triceps)
Bench Press
Incline Bench Press
