When I Started:
Sep, 2007
How I Started:
I was at the movies with some friends and one Of them teased me while placing a Box of poppcorn on my stomach and saying "Hey Wow you got a shelf,it's like your own portable table" they would also rub my belly for good luck etc...
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel good, My back doesn't hurt anymore, I am not out of breath doing simple chores and walking around,My Snoring Dissapeared! My Dog(Jack Russell Terrier) is much happier that I have more energy to play with him and run(he was also overweight & lack exercise because of me not having the energy or endurance to walk/run)
How I Stay Motivated:
My Dog wakes me up every morning to take him outside to run and play.
I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for putting me on your most inspirational list. It is people like you that keep me inspired as well as allowing me to believe that I can make a difference in people’s lives.
D00d, that sounds amazing. Next time I goto the store im stocking up on jello and vitamin water. Another one of my favs is mixing cool whip, 1 can diet soda and jello, then freezing it. Its like sherbert!!
'ey man. good call. like you're totally right. its not that i'm simply gonna "try"
it's that i will do it again!
thanks man. good progress your shoulder have come a long way from that 170 photo! keep it up!
hey bro! so forced means that after the given set to failure of reps, you add 2-3 more reps that are forced beyond failure. in this case you would need a spotter, but using forced reps beyond failing will definitely boost ur muscle growth.
hahaha yeahh kimchi will hit that spot! healthy for u too loll. nah man u already gettin big bro, just keep up the great work along wit diet which is key. its real tough but if i can do it you can too.
lol! Yes, I do - I have a companion video to that 'me working out in the gym' on youtube with ab clips in there. I work abs everytime I am in the gym, but, if they are too sore, then you should skip it, soon though as you strength them, they'll be able to take it. Also, there are many methods available, that's just what I do
Good tips on the salmon. I didn't think to look at the dollar store. I'll have to keep my eyes open for these unusual opportunities :) Thank you for sharing
That $3 Body for Life book could be the best purchase you have ever made. It shows you not only how to eat to achieve a healthy weight loss but also what and when. Along with that it also contains a great weightlifting program and high intensity cardio routines. I wish you success and look forward to seeing your continuing progress.
