I love everything about working out. The smell, the pump...the pain, everything.
How I Stay Motivated:
Right now I am training for the Central Japan Bodybuilding and Figure Championship at Yokota AFB next July(2009). With the help of some friends at Gold's, I hope to compete at a cut 195 -200lbs.
BB Accomplishments:
Well right now I've gained 5 lbs in 5 weeks. I'm on track for reaching my goal of 200lbs by July.
Well I have a lot more time now that I am no longer deployed on a ship (I’m in the navy, that’s what we do…), so I have got together with some of the trainers and close friends of mine at the Gold’s gym here in Yokosuka, Japan and I am preparing to enter in the Central Japan...
Day 1: Chest/Front & Side Delts/Quads
Day 2: Biceps/Triceps/Forearms
Day 3: 45 Minutes of Cardio & Abs
Day 4: Hamstrings/Calves/ Rear Delts
Day 5: Back/Traps
Day 6: 45 Minutes of Cardio & Abs
Day 7: Repeat

Being in the Navy, it is mandatory that we do PT...

how much do you weight on those pictures? we seem to have similar stats but you look bigger. also could you tell me how does your workout regime looks like in general?
