How I Started: I got tired of being skinny.
Why I Love It: I love everything about working out. The smell, the pump...the pain, everything.
How I Stay Motivated: Right now I am training for the Central Japan Bodybuilding and Figure Championship at Yokota AFB next July(2009). With the help of some friends at Gold's, I hope to compete at a cut 195 -200lbs.
BB Accomplishments: Well right now I've gained 5 lbs in 5 weeks. I'm on track for reaching my goal of 200lbs by July.

Well I have a lot more time now that I am no longer deployed on a ship (I’m in the navy, that’s what we do…), so I have got together with some of the trainers and close friends of mine at the Gold’s gym here in Yokosuka, Japan and I am preparing to enter in the Central Japan...
